weak plastic material used for pitcher I bought this item 5 months ago, used smaller pitch, and for only 2 purposes – making smoothies and mixing powdered almond with icing sugar to create consistency before using the mixture to bake macarons. Used it less than 3 times a week, all usage is within designed capacity.Small cracks appeared first at bottom of the pitcher. Soon more cracks, one is so big it runs from one side to the other right across the center. Obviously Ninja did not use quality plastic to make the pitcher, or the wall is too thin. It is not strong enough to endure the pressure and vibration the blades when rotating produce through the metal stud that is molded into the centre of the pitcher’s bottom. That is the point where the pitcher holds the blade rod.I read the warranty and eventually decided to forget about claiming my right of replacement: customer needs to pay $19.95 of return shipping cost before the replacement is shipped. Should I pay that much to replace a cracked…
