    Excelkent product ..2nd purchase I bought one of these a few years ago. It has just broken now...either the connection of the cord to the unit or the switch to turn on.I am purchasing another one because I live it so much!It heats up in seconds and because the edges of the ceramic plate are rounder.. you Don't need a curling iron.I have very coarse and thick hair and a lot of it.I Don't have curly hair that I am trying to straighten. My hair has a wave to it and cab be frizzy. This makes my hair sleek...

    This is the one I was using everyday and me and my clients used to love it so much I was a hairdresser a few years ago, and this iron was new on the market at that time. This is the one I was using everyday and me and my clients used to love it so much. It was so smooth and efficient. I bought this one on Amazon last year a few weeks before my baby was coming since I was on bedrest and unable to go to my hair products representatives stores, and I'm pretty sure it's a knock off version of the Aventi Nano Croc. It's always pulling my hair off, and it literally burn my hair...

    Diasppointing! Having previously owned the same Avanti iron, I was expecting a quality iron but was disappointed with this iron from the outset. Shortly after receiving, I began to hear odd clicking sounds. I figured it was just the element heating. The iron itself felt different, didn't grasp hair as the older unit. The iron then began to get terribly hot so I reduced heat. I even suspected it was my electrical source so I used it elsewhere. Sure enough, it was the actual unit itself. After a month...
